If you are unhappy with your previous Microblading session from another semi-permanent makeup business, then we may be able to correct it. A photo must be submitted before an appointment can be scheduled. For more information, please contact us at info@prettyinkspmu.com.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations/rescheduling, please contact us 72 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If appointments are canceled/rescheduled less than 72 hours, then your deposit of $50 becomes non-refundable. We understand that some circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your appointment. Please understand that your technician sets aside a few hours per appointment and such changes affect not only your technician but other clients as well. No refunds after the first session is complete. Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with your treatment before we apply your ointment or a duration of 5 weeks will be needed to make any changes. After 5 weeks, we are able to make any color/shape changes. We appreciate you for understanding our policy.
